Libra Industries, a privately-held systems integration and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, continues to pursue acquisitions – both business acquisitions and customer facilities. The company is currently the trusted manufacturing partner for customers requiring medium to low volume components and assemblies sold into the aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Libra has extensive capabilities in fabrication, machining, printed circuit board assembly and cable and wire harness production as well as complex assembly and testing. A systems integrator of complex products with broad vertically integrated capabilities, the company operates out of seven facilities in Dayton, Cleveland, Dallas and Guaymas, Mexico. Libra is looking to make acquisitions throughout North America, to extend its on-shore and near-shore offerings.
Libra is at full throttle since rounding out its management team. Jim Kircher – Libra’s CEO, formerly of Faulhaber and Jabil and Flextronics, recruited Jabil alumni, Andrew Williams to SVP of Business Development and Jeff Swenson to SVP of Operations along with ex-US Army and Commercial Vehicle Group professional Jerry Faunt to SVP of Engineering and Quality. Libra also promoted Vince Mihalek to Vice President of Supply Chain and Cory McMaster as an Operational Lead in its Dallas facility.
Libra Industries continues to invest to provide customized manufacturing solutions for its customers’ complex product requirements, through its broad range of capabilities, with the most capable manufacturing team in the industry.
