At EFX, the new trade show for electronics manufacturing, GÖPEL electronic will be represented with its own booth, workshops, and presentations. In line with the trade show’s philosophy of showcasing the entire process chain under one roof, the Jena-based manufacturer will also present its solutions for electrical testing and optical inspection.
The trade show presence will be complemented by practical technical presentations and discussions on current challenges in quality assurance, intelligent test strategies, and successful inspection and debugging processes. These technical sessions offer insights into current developments in electronics manufacturing and highlight GÖPEL electronic’s comprehensive expertise in the areas of AOI/AXI, boundary scan, functional testing, and test technologies for automotive electronics. At the same time, they foster direct exchange between users, experts, and interested parties, and showcase practical approaches for turnkey solutions as well as seamless integration into existing systems.
The product presentation will focus on the launch of the new Multi Line AXI X-ray inspection platform. This new series is being unveiled for the first time and brings a new dimension of X-ray technology to electronics manufacturing: it combines European engineering expertise, intelligent AI support, and a unified software platform into a complete package that is both high-performance and a sound investment.
In addition, GÖPEL electronic is showcasing high-performance solutions for AOI, SPI, and CCI for high-mix/low-volume production, prototypes, and small-batch production: rapid test program creation, double-sided inspection, precise defect detection, and a low false positive rate are the hallmarks of the devices in the Multi Line AOI platform. The Multi Line Assist operator assistance system, also on display, can be used efficiently at manual THT assembly stations or in automated production lines.
The FlashFOX flash programmer supports dynamic transfer of programming data: The programmer always retrieves the latest content to be programmed from the central server. Using four integrated, independent power supplies, the FlashFOX 2 can also implement complex power supply configurations for the microcontrollers or flash devices being programmed.
The JULIET unlimited JTAG tester is a professional, flexible JTAG/boundary scan tester that combines the entire system electronics and DUT adaptation into a single, complete unit. A total of six different models cover all production applications—from simple test execution to a complete repair station with graphical fault visualization—making the system ideal for rapid prototyping and low-volume production runs.
