The Ultra-i2 Offline Selective Soldering Machine represents SASinno’s latest generation of selective soldering technology. Designed for small to medium production volumes, high-mix manufacturing and fast product changeovers, the system combines advanced standard features with a wide range of optional capabilities to deliver consistent soldering performance across a broad range of board sizes. Standard features include maintenance-free electromagnetic pumps, top and bottom preheat, and N2 inline programmable heating, providing greater process stability, thermal consistency and solder quality.
Also featured at the booth will be either the LM510 CO₂ Laser Marking System or the SC-900 Selective Conformal Coating System.
The LM510 provides high-precision PCB marking for 1D barcodes, 2D Data Matrix codes and QR codes. Featuring ±0.025 mm repeatability, industrial PC control and support for PCB sizes up to 510 x 510 mm, the system is designed to deliver accurate, repeatable identification for traceability applications.
Alternatively, visitors can explore the SC-900 Selective Conformal Coating System, a high-performance 3- or 4-axis platform engineered for precise, repeatable coating applications. The system incorporates servo-driven motion, multiple valve options, optional CCD vision and barcode integration, providing manufacturers with a flexible solution for high-quality conformal coating processes.
