SASinno Americas, a provider of advanced soldering solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry, announces the appointment of Elyse Phillip as Inside Sales Representative. In this role, Phillip will support the company’s continued growth by strengthening customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and helping customers identify solutions that meet their electronics manufacturing needs.
Phillip brings a diverse background in manufacturing operations, quality control, process management, and team supervision. Most recently, she served as a Quality Coordinator at Helander. Previously, she held quality control positions at Rexnord Aerospace and LPMS USA, where she also advanced through several roles, including Quality Control and Manufacturing Supervisor, Quality Control Specialist, Process Specialist, and Manufacturing Technician. Her experience provides a valuable understanding of manufacturing environments, production processes, and the importance of quality and customer satisfaction.
Her firsthand experience in manufacturing and quality operations gives her valuable insight into the production challenges faced by electronics manufacturers and will help her effectively connect SASinno Americas’ solutions with customers’ operational needs.
As Inside Sales Representative, Phillip will work closely with customers and the SASinno Americas sales team to manage customer inquiries, provide product and application information, prepare and follow up on quotations, coordinate sales activities, and support customers throughout the sales process. She will also help identify new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and ensure effective communication between customers and internal teams.

Phillip holds an Associate of Science degree from the College of DuPage and a diploma in Electrical Construction and Maintenance from Coyne College. She also holds previous IPC Certified IPC Specialist credentials, further reflecting her familiarity with electronics manufacturing quality standards.
