The SR200-7 Smart Rack is designed to strike a balance between storage density and mobility, allowing manufacturers to manage mixed reel sizes within a single, organized system. Using LED-guided pick and return, the rack helps operators quickly locate materials while maintaining full visibility of each UID as it transfers between locations. This approach supports Inovaxe’s “single-package, single-location, and dynamic allocation” philosophy, helping eliminate misplaced inventory and improve traceability across operations.
Also on display, the LS350 Line Side Smart Rack provides immediate access to up to 192 seven-inch reels directly at the SMT line. Designed to support just-in-time replenishment, the LS350 reduces operator travel and keeps critical components within reach. Its compact footprint makes it well-suited for high-mix environments where quick changeovers and continuous production flow are essential.
Inovaxe will also showcase its InoBright Smart Storage Management System, which converts traditional OEM pick-and-place feeder carts into intelligent, connected storage assets. By adding real-time visibility and traceability to feeder management, InoBright helps eliminate common setup errors and speeds up feeder changeovers, reducing downtime and improving overall line efficiency.
