Designed specifically for the FUJI NXTR A platform, the Nozzle Supply Unit integrates directly with placement modules, placement heads, and FUJI’s Advanced Nozzle Maintenance software. This seamless integration enables manufacturers to automate nozzle management without requiring changes to existing production lines or workflows.
The system improves productivity by eliminating machine stops associated with manual nozzle changes and maintenance activities. Nozzles can be automatically prepared for upcoming production requirements and replaced based on defined maintenance conditions, such as pickup counts and error thresholds. This proactive approach helps prevent placement issues, improves process stability, and ensures the correct tooling is available when needed.
With its compact, modular design, the Nozzle Supply Unit supports multiple placement heads and nozzle configurations while fitting within the NXTR A platform’s smart factory automated production environment.
