Developed for small to mid-volume production and demanding electronic applications, the solution enables stable meter-mix dispensing for processes such as potting, encapsulation, bonding, and precision bead dispensing. It ensures consistent mix ratios, accurate volume control, and reliable process stability, even for small and challenging deposits.

At the core of the system is Essemtec’s DVVD (Dual Volume Valve) technology, delivering precise metering of both components while maintaining stable mix ratios from 1:1 up to 10:1. The valve supports flow rates up to 6.6 ml/min (1:1) and is compatible with standard static mixer needles for easy integration.

A key advantage is its intuitive volume programming, allowing operators to define dispense volumes directly in software. Combined with simple path programming, this enables precise and repeatable material placement.

For process control, the system includes an accessible ratio verification window, enabling quick weight-based checks to maintain consistent mix ratio CPK and stable production performance.

The solution is complemented by a compact dispensing station compatible with SEMCO cartridges, featuring individual pressure control, manual pressurization functions, refill capability, and integrated sensors for monitoring pressure and cartridge status.

Following its debut at IPC APEX Expo, the system is now available for customer demonstrations and evaluation.
