PVA, a global supplier of automated dispensing and coating equipment, will present its latest conformal coating and dispensing solutions at InnoElectro, taking place April 21–23 in Budapest. Visitors can find PVA in the ICCO EMT Booth B04, where the company will demonstrate equipment built to deliver consistent, repeatable results in demanding production environments.
Featured at the booth is the Delta 6 3-Axis Conformal Coating Machine, redesigned to improve throughput while making service and maintenance more straightforward. The system combines a high-speed gantry with a rigid frame and upgraded motors to support faster, more precise motion without sacrificing stability.
PVA will also showcase the FC100-CFR Rotating Film Coating Valve, designed to maintain a uniform coating film through continuous calibration, along with the FC100 Dispense Valve for accurate and reliable fluid application across a range of materials.
To support process consistency, the system includes a fiducial camera for accurate positioning, needle calibration for repeatable performance, and automatic solvent refill to help minimize downtime and operator involvement.
All equipment is powered by PathMaster X software, giving users a straightforward interface for programming, monitoring, and controlling coating and dispensing processes.
