TechPoint has announced the acquisition of Esprit Electronics, further strengthening its UK manufacturing capability and supporting the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
The acquisition brings further EMS expertise, an established customer base and experienced workforce into TechPoint, while expanding the group’s presence with large industrial OEMs.
A strong addition to the TechPoint Group
Founded in 1985, based in Southampton and employing 92 people, the company generates annual revenues of £18M. Esprit serves a blue-chip multinational industrial customer base with precision manufacturing and test capabilities.
Following the acquisition, Esprit Electronics will continue to operate out of its existing Southampton manufacturing facilities. Service will continue as normal for customers.
