PBT Works, the global leader in high-precision cleaning and process diagnostics, will once again be participating at IPC APEX EXPO 2026, North America’s most important trade fair for electronics manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes.
Together with their US distribution partner MaRC Technologies, PBT Works will be showcasing reliable and efficient solutions and technical developments for cleaning PCBs, electronic assemblies, and SMD stencils at APEX EXPO 2026, in hall C-D, booth 1226. An additional distribution partner from Mexico, SMarTsol Technologies, will also be exhibiting a MiniSWASH in hall C-D, booth 1820. “Our participation in APEX EXPO provides us with an excellent platform to present our cleaning and diagnostic technology to an international audience of experts and to deepen our close exchange with customers, partners, and OEMs,” says Robert Sítko, Managing Director of PBT Works. “We look forward to discussing current challenges and future trends in electronics manufacturing with industry experts.”
In Anaheim PBT Works and MaRC Technologies will be presenting their powerful range of cleaning machines for PCBAs and stencils, which are specifically designed for modern electronics manufacturing. The closed loop systems feature innovative spray-in-air technology, and intelligent process control, delivering reliable, reproducible cleaning results. Three models will be presented to trade visitors at the exhibition stand.
MiniSWASH III – Compact & economical
MiniSWASH III is the ideal solution for small to medium throughput as well as prototyping , research and development, or low-volume production. With a rotating spray and monitored drying process, it delivers excellent cleaning quality with simple operation, ideal for standard SMD assemblies with moderate contamination.
CompaCLEAN III – Proven “dishwasher-style” cleaning
The CompaCLEAN III combines familiar operating logic with modern filter and rinsing automation. PCBs are loaded in a similar way to a dishwasher, while a linear tangential spray system ensures consistent, repeatable cleaning results. This variant is particularly suitable for standard SMD assemblies with medium throughput.
SuperSWASH III – Precision for complex assemblies
With SuperSWASH III, PBT introduces a powerful system for complex SMD assemblies with high packing densities. Thanks to a linear spraying and drying concept, the machine achieves excellent results even with difficult contaminants. Due to flexible clamping and mounting options, it is suitable for varying product sizes and high-mix production.
“We stand for reliable, reproducible, and sustainable cleaning solutions in electronics manufacturing. All systems are consistently designed to meet real production requirements, from prototyping and small series to demanding, high-density assemblies and stencils,” explains Sítko. The added value is not only in mechanics, but also in the holistic process approach. Closed cleaning and rinsing loops with intelligent filtration, stable and verifiable processes, simple operation, and easy maintenance and servicing characteristic for the PBT Works systems. Users benefit from lower operating costs, consistently high cleaning quality, and a system that can be flexibly adapted to changing assemblies, media, and cleaning specifications. This ensures maximum process reliability throughout the entire product life cycle.
APEX EXPO 2026 combines a high-quality industry exhibition with a technical congress and professional training courses. Visitors will have access to the latest specialist presentations, networking events, and practical presentations focusing on innovations in electronics production. The event will take place from March 17-19, 2026, at the Anaheim Convention Center, California (USA), bringing together leading OEMs, EMS providers, PCB manufacturers, and technology and process innovators from around the world.
