Kurtz Ersa Inc., a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, is pleased to announce its upcoming VERSAFLOW 4 Level II Training Courses, set to take place in April 2025 at its Plymouth, Wisconsin facility. Designed for operators, technicians, and engineers, these hands-on sessions provide in-depth training in maintenance, process applications, and programming for the VERSAFLOW 4 selective soldering system.
The VERSAFLOW 4 – Level II Maintenance Training will be held April 7-9, 2025, covering machine calibration, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance and minimal downtime. Immediately following, the VERSAFLOW 4 – Level II Application Training on April 9-11, 2025, will focus on process optimization, defect reduction, and programming best practices to improve production efficiency. Each course includes seminar materials and lunch.
Participants will receive hands-on experience working directly with the VERSAFLOW 4 system, learning advanced techniques to maximize throughput, reliability, and soldering quality. Topics covered include machine layout, electrical schematics, flux selection, preheating techniques, and cycle time optimization. The training also provides an introduction to ERSAcad 4 Offline Programming, allowing attendees to develop programs efficiently without interrupting production.
