Hottinger Brüel & Kjær (HBK) officially launched their next generation torque sensor at the 2024 Automotive Testing Expo (ATE) in Stuttgart, Germany.

A large crowd formed on the first day of the event to witness the unveiling of the T110/100 torque sensor by Thomas Lippok, Chief Strategy Officer at HBK and Markus Haller, Product Manager at HBK.

The new sensor, with integrated telemetry and a one-size-fits-all flexible stator, represents an important milestone offering new possibilities for helping engineers overcome test bench and measurement challenges, in particular for powertrain testing and especially for electric vehicles. It is the culmination of 8 years of development, resulting in a market-leading product.
