Microscreen, a U.S. manufacturer specializing in high-precision SMT solder stencils and custom tooling solutions, is pleased to announce the winners of its Micro Challenge, held during SMTA International 2026 in Rosemont, Illinois.
The Micro Challenge put attendees’ observation skills to the test, with specially designed SMT stencils featuring a different hidden item each day of the show. The first company to find each day’s hidden item won a Microscreen stencil credit for their company.
Congratulations to the three Micro Challenge winners:
- Creation Technologies – $1,000 stencil credit
- Semi-Kinetics – $500 stencil credit
- Rockwell Automation, Milwaukee – $500 stencil credit
The Micro Challenge gave visitors a closer look at the fine details Microscreen can produce with its laser-cutting technology. It also brought some friendly competition to the booth, with attendees studying the stencil designs to find the hidden objects.
“SMTA International was a great show for us, and we had a lot of fun with the Micro Challenge. Congratulations to Semi-Kinetics, Creation Technologies and Rockwell Automation! Thanks to everyone who stopped by, took part in the challenge and spent some time with our team.” said Nik Thomas, Director of Microscreen.
