Kurtz Ersa, Inc., a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, will showcase a range of soldering, rework and electronics production solutions at SMTA International 2026, Booth 2847.
Among the systems on display will be the VERSAFLOW 4 Core Edition, designed to provide flexibility across electronics manufacturing environments ranging from high-volume, low-mix manufacturing to high-mix, low-volume production. The modular inline selective soldering platform is available in multiple configurations to accommodate different production and throughput requirements.
Also featured will be the SRO-716 vacuum soldering system, developed for R&D and pilot production applications. The system supports a wide range of process requirements for vacuum soldering and brazing, with configurable options available for different applications.
For rework applications, Kurtz Ersa will present the HR 600P hybrid rework system, which combines precision and automation for the rework of SMD components. The system incorporates automated soldering and placement processes, alongside non-contact residual solder removal and temperature monitoring.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to see two of Ersa’s hand soldering solutions. The i-CON TRACE is a fully networkable soldering station designed to bring traceability to manual soldering processes. Its connectivity enables integration into MES-controlled production environments, allowing hand soldering processes to be documented and traced.
Completing the lineup is the i-CON 1 MK2, an electronically controlled soldering station designed for SMT and PTH soldering tasks across electronics production, rework and R&D applications.
Attendees are invited to visit Kurtz Ersa at Booth 2847 to see the technologies on display and meet with the company’s team to discuss their manufacturing requirements.
