Live Equipment Demonstrations
The ii-P7 screen printer will demonstrate its exceptional precision capabilities, featuring 1-micron linear encoders on every axis and cycle times as fast as 5 seconds in Velocity+ mode. This high-performance system incorporates advanced features including the PDu (Paste Dispense Unit) for automated solder paste application and SmartCal2 technology, which collects 88% more data for ultimate accuracy and repeatability. It is also the only printer on the market that integrates label placement, enabling manufacturers to track their production from the very first printing stage.
The ii-N2 pick and place platform will showcase the perfect combination of performance and flexibility for High-Mix production environments. Equipped with dual TORNADO heads and supporting components from 03015-micron profiles to 99 x 99 x 34 mm, the system demonstrates genuine line balancing capabilities, with full component range productivity.
The ii-A2 modular placement system, known as a High-Mix booster, is the perfect addition for high-volume production requirements, thanks to its high-speed PULSAR head. It demonstrates placement speeds of up to 50,000 components per hour. Despite its compact footprint, the ii-A2 handles boards up to one meter in length in a perfect High-Mix environment.
