On September 25-26, Essegi Automation welcomed its global distribution network to Italy for the second edition of its Global Sales Meeting. Distributors from across the globe—representing China, Japan, the USA, Europe, India, and more—gathered for this much-anticipated biennial event, designed to provide updates, training, and insights to the company’s worldwide representatives.

Over two engaging days, participants explored the latest in product innovations, delved into technical workshops, and enjoyed hands-on experience with new marketing tools. The event also offered opportunities for networking, including a memorable evening dinner and historical reenactment, along with a visit to the Poli Grappa Museum, located in the region where Essegi Automation has built its 20-year legacy.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of the castles of Juliet and Romeo in Montecchio Maggiore, the event featured a robust agenda of plenary sessions and specialized technical workshops, some of which took place at the company’s headquarters in nearby Sovizzo. Central to the event was the focus on consultancy and analysis, reaffirming Essegi’s commitment to providing tailored solutions that enhance the efficiency of electronic assembly lines through its modular storage systems and ISM management platform.

Product Innovations

Among the highlights of the event was the unveiling of the Ultraflex series in its Full Automation version, where distributors witnessed firsthand its capabilities, including an AMR demonstration that autonomously retrieved gadgets for participants. Also in the spotlight were the latest iterations of the Autoincoming Table and the Smart Rack Mobile—innovative solutions designed to address immediate storage and supply needs on the production floor, fully integrated with Essegi’s core storage and material tracking systems.

On the software front, attendees were introduced to significant upgrades within the ISM software, including new features like the Buffer solution, which optimizes storage management near assembly lines. The workshop offered a behind-the-scenes look at the software’s control panel, demonstrating how these advancements improve component traceability and eliminate errors.

Looking Ahead

The success of this year’s event is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire Essegi Automation team, as well as the strong relationships built with its distribution partners. Their overwhelming positive feedback affirms Essegi Automation’s commitment to innovation and excellence as it continues to adapt to an ever-evolving market.

We look forward to the next Global Sales Meeting in 2026, as we continue to grow and meet the demands of our industry.
