PVA, a global supplier of automated dispensing and coating equipment, will showcase a range of coating, dispensing and automation technologies at The ASSEMBLY Show, October 27-29, 2026, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. Visitors to Booth 1117 will have the opportunity to see the new DeltaFlex™ alongside PVA’s Delta 6 and Delta 8 platforms, demonstrating solutions for a range of demanding manufacturing applications.
Following its debut at The Battery Show North America, the DeltaFlex will be featured at The ASSEMBLY Show as PVA’s newest large-format coating and dispensing platform. Designed for oversized, complex and high-reliability applications, the system combines a ruggedized gantry and expanded work area with the flexibility to accommodate larger assemblies and heavier process equipment.
The DeltaFlex configuration on display will feature a fiducial camera, laser height sensor and needle calibration sensor, together with PCC250 and SB400-C valves.
PVA will also demonstrate the Delta 6 3-Axis Coating Machine, a flexible robotic platform designed for selective coating and dispensing applications. The system features a high-speed gantry and will be equipped with a fiducial camera, needle calibration and automatic solvent and refill capabilities. The show configuration will include an FC100-CFR rotating film coat valve and FC100 dispense valve, along with Continuous Film Calibration (CFC) and Gauge Pressure Closed-Loop Control (GPCC).
Completing the line-up will be the Delta 8 3-Axis TIM Dispense + Pick and Place Machine. The Delta 8 provides a flexible three-axis platform that can be configured for coating, dispensing and custom assembly applications. At The ASSEMBLY Show, the system will demonstrate thermal interface material dispensing and pick-and-place capabilities, featuring a fiducial camera, pneumatic grip and SB300-C valve.
Together, the three systems highlight PVA’s ability to support manufacturers across a broad range of coating, dispensing and manufacturing requirements, from established production processes to larger and increasingly complex applications.
