PVA, a global supplier of automated dispensing and coating equipment, announced the launch of the DeltaFlex™, a next-generation large-format dispensing and coating platform engineered for oversized, complex, and high-reliability applications.
Built on more than 30 years of dispensing and automation expertise, the DeltaFlex combines the flexibility of PVA’s proven Flex Cell platform with new motion architecture designed to meet the evolving demands of modern manufacturing. The platform delivers the precision, scalability and performance required for applications across aerospace, defense, EV battery manufacturing, telecommunications, industrial electronics and electronics manufacturing services.
Designed to accommodate larger assemblies and heavier process equipment without sacrificing accuracy, the DeltaFlex features a ruggedized gantry, dual-driven Y-axis, linear encoder positioning, and high-speed motion capability. Standard 800 and 1200 mm workspaces, increased Z-axis travel, and custom oversized configurations provide manufacturers with the flexibility to support changing products and future production requirements.
