Intersurface Dynamics, a subsidiary of Amtech Systems, Inc. and a manufacturer of application-specific chemicals used in the production of semiconductor devices and substrates announced today that it has entered into a representative agreement with Legatech, appointing them as the exclusive sales representatives for the United Kingdom and Nordic region covering its entire product range including coolants, detergents and suspension vehicles.
