In this role, Jaden will drive outbound strategy, lead generation, and customer engagement across key industries, including RF, medical, IoT, and embedded markets.
Jaden brings a strong background in business development, operations, and strategy with hands-on experience working across teams from leadership to the production floor. Prior to joining Kodiak Assembly, he held roles in production and inventory control at Opto 22, where he improved workflows and supply chain visibility to enhance operational efficiency. His experience also includes business strategy consulting, where he helped companies streamline processes, improve communication, and scale effectively.
At Kodiak Assembly, Jaden will manage outbound sales strategy, lead generation, and customer outreach to strengthen relationships with OEMs in key industries. He will collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and leadership teams to define build requirements, support quoting, and align planning. By enhancing cross-functional communication between sales, marketing, and operations, he will help optimize business growth.
