The fully automatic SYSTRONIC CL600 and SYSTRONIC CL610 inline spray cleaning systems have established themselves as proven and reliable systems for application-specific optimized cleaning processes. The extremely robust systems, which are made entirely of stainless steel, can be used to efficiently and economically clean, rinse and dry large quantities of DCB or PCB  components.

Sophisticated water management
The SYSTRONIC CL600 spray cleaning system and the SYSTRONIC CL610 system with customized external dimensions carry out a three-stage cleaning process based on pH-neutral or alkaline cleaning media and deionized water. The components to be cleaned are sprayed from above and below, with the spray register covering the entire width of the components without creating shadows. Both the number and type of spray nozzles can be adapted to the required cleaning parameters. The cleaning stages are always equipped with heating. The cleaning process consists of a pre- cleaning and a cleaning stage.

The cleaning is followed by a first rinsing process, after a resting zone there are two further rinsing cycles in a closed circuit with an integrated fine filter system, whereby the third rinsing process is based exclusively on ultrapure water. The rinsing water for the third rinsing process is treated using activated carbon and mixed-bed resin cartridges.

A resting zone between the cleaning and rinsing stages, that is at least as long as the longest component, with an integrated air knife, prevents any possible carryover.

Before the components enter the drying chamber, the rinsing water is blown off the components using an air knife. This prevents carry-over and promotes the drying process. A convection air system guides heated air directly onto the components from above and below. Any vapors produced are extracted from the chamber. The drying temperature can be set up to 90°C.

The spray cleaning systems differ in their transport system. The CL600 is equipped with a mesh belt conveyor and the CL610 with a pin chain conveyor.

Customized configuration
The customizable SYSTRONIC CL600 and CL610 spray cleaning systems can be flexibly adapted to PCB sizes or carrier sizes, whereby the usable chamber dimensions can also be modified. Equipped with a user-friendly touch panel, the system allows the operator to control standard operating modes as well as to carry out programming and to make project-specific adjustments using the HMI interface. Many parameters such as throughput speeds, guide values and other settings can be easily set via the display. It is also possible to trace cleaning processes for improved quality control.
