As part of SMTA’s 40th Anniversary celebration, J is being recognized for his exceptional leadership, strategic vision and contributions to actnano’s rapid growth and operational success.

In his role at actnano, J oversees global operations, including supply chain management, manufacturing and quality control. He has been instrumental in scaling business processes, improving operational efficiencies, and driving new business development initiatives. His efforts have not only enhanced internal operations but also strengthened actnano’s customer relations through impactful customer-facing content and proactive marketing campaigns.

J holds an MBA from Cornell University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Before joining actnano, he held operations management positions at General Electric and leadership roles at Corning Incorporated, where he led the commercial launch and scaling of the innovative ‘AutoGrade’ Gorilla Glass product line. J is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, underscoring his expertise in driving operational excellence.
