KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, is proud to announce that it is sponsoring the Women’s Leadership Program Connection Reception to be held at SMTA International on Monday, Oct. 9, 2023, beginning at 5 p.m. in Room 205 C&D at the Minneapolis Convention Center. This is the eleventh consecutive year KYZEN has sponsored this event in support of women in all roles within the Electronics Assembly Industry.
The 2023 SMTA Women’s Leadership Program invites participants to embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. By delving into their inner selves, attendees can uncover their unique strengths and superpowers. This program offers valuable tools and guidance to help define their individual brands and unleash their full potential.
The program kicks off with engaging presentations by three accomplished women leaders from the electronics and medical industries, who will share their insights on personal branding. Following this, attendees will engage in collaborative discussions with industry peers, delving into the “5 C’s” of personal branding during the speed mentoring sessions. The program concludes on a high note with the Connection Reception, generously hosted by KYZEN, featuring exciting gifts for all participants.
