This marked the first time in three years that the entire global sales team was able to convene in person, thanks to the lifting of travel restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The event also served as the inaugural sales meeting at PVA’s new headquarters.
PVA’s global sales team from around the world gathered at the three-day conference, which placed a strong emphasis on education and collaboration. The meeting provided an invaluable opportunity to align sales strategies, streamline processes, and exchange valuable knowledge across all sales channels and global markets. Bringing everyone under one roof enabled the opening of key lines of communication between regions, ultimately enhancing the ability to serve PVA’s global customer base.

The sales meeting covered a range of topics, including PVA’s plan for continuous improvement, software and product development, and the attendees had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the PVA production floor. On the production floor, guests delved into specific products and processes, gaining deeper knowledge to effectively promote and sell PVA’s cutting-edge equipment to their customers.
