Nolan brings a wealth of experience to this position, having successfully worked in sales management for over a decade. His proven track record makes him the ideal candidate to drive AIM Solder’s growth in the West Coast region.

It is important to note that Robert Rietkerk, the current Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast, will be working closely with Nolan during a transitional period until his retirement in January 2024. By working together, Nolan and Robert will ensure a comprehensive transition that leverages Robert’s extensive knowledge and relationships while enabling Nolan to assume his new responsibilities effectively. This collaborative approach will provide a seamless experience for our valued customers and business partners.

As the new Regional Sales Manager, Nolan will be responsible for overseeing AIM Solder’s sales operations, developing strategic business partnerships, and driving growth across the West Coast region. His appointment reflects AIM’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service, fostering innovation, and expanding market reach.
