Now in its 34th year, the CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY Service Excellence Awards, presented by the Printed Circuit Engineering Association (PCEA), recognize companies for outstanding customer service based on direct customer feedback. Customers evaluate participating suppliers in areas including dependability and timely delivery, manufacturing quality, responsiveness to requests and changes, technology, value, flexibility and ease of doing business, and overall satisfaction.
