EMS Solutions, a premier regional provider of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), recently participated in the Hill Industry Partner Exchange (HIPE) at the Ogden Eccles Conference Center in Utah.

With Hill Air Force Base nearby, the event has become a practical forum for discussing what programs actually need right now, not just long-term planning or theory.
This year’s discussions centered around production capacity, supplier readiness, and how companies are working through constraints across aerospace and defense programs. Rather than presentations alone, much of the value came from direct conversations between buyers, engineers, and manufacturing partners.
EMS Solutions spent the three days meeting with customers, suppliers, and program contacts to talk through real production requirements, including what is working in current builds, where delays are showing up, and where additional manufacturing support is needed. The focus stayed on day-to-day realities of building and delivering hardware for aerospace and defense applications.
