NanoFlowX, the leader in ultra-thin protective coatings for electronics, will exhibit at World Defense Show 2026, taking place February 8–12 in Saudi Arabia, where the company will demonstrate its nanocoating technologies designed to protect defense and aerospace electronics operating in harsh environments. NanoFlowX will be located at Stand H4-E4.6.
At the show, the NanoFlowX team will provide live demonstrations of V2, the company’s flagship waterproofing solution capable of achieving IP67/68-level protection in minutes. The two-step dip-and-heat-cure process delivers full 360-degree protection for printed circuit boards, including connectors, without affecting electrical performance or serviceability.
NanoFlowX nanocoatings offer a faster, simpler, and more cost-effective alternative to traditional conformal coatings such as acrylics, silicones, and parylene. The ultra-thin, hydrophobic formulations require no masking, no long cure cycles, and no expensive application equipment, allowing manufacturers to streamline production while maintaining protection and reliability.
Designed for mission-critical electronics, NanoFlowX coatings protect against water, dust, humidity, salt fog, and corrosion while preserving conductivity and keeping added weight to a minimum. Applications include PCBs, sensors, optics, batteries, communication systems, drones, rugged servers, and other defense and aerospace electronics exposed to demanding operating conditions.
Technologies highlighted at World Defense Show will include:
- V2 Waterproofing Solution – A two-step process that shields electronics from water, corrosion, dust, and humidity using a 5-second dip followed by a 5-minute cure, enabling rapid IP-rated protection.
- VX3 Non-Fluoro Coating – An environmentally friendly, non-fluoro nanocoating that provides the same level of protection as V3 for electronics up to 10A or 48V.
- V4 Salt Water Grade Coating – An industrial-grade solution offering enhanced protection against corrosive environments, designed for electronics operating above 10A and up to 240V, including saltwater exposure.
World Defense Show attendees will have the opportunity to schedule free testing of up to three devices, review real-world case studies across defense, aerospace, and industrial electronics, and explore NanoFlowX test kits for rapid in-house evaluation.
Visitors are invited to Stand H4-E4.6 to see live demonstrations and speak with NanoFlowX specialists about protecting electronics in extreme environments.
