The Adaptsys Group will exhibit at SMTA International 2026, taking place October 27–29 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. Attendees can find the company at Booth 2543.
At this year’s show, Adaptsys will be focusing on two of its core systems: Re-flex and 3DInspect, both aimed at improving efficiency and consistency in carrier tape production and verification.
Re-flex is an inline carrier tape forming system that produces embossed tape as part of the tape-and-reel process, removing the need to source pre-made carrier tape. The system can be integrated into existing lines and connected to factory systems for real-time data and traceability.
Alongside it, 3DInspect provides automated inspection of carrier tape, replacing manual checks with repeatable measurement and reporting. The system simplifies documentation by generating Certificates of Conformance quickly, while reducing the variability that comes with manual inspection.
The two systems are often used together, but they’re not dependent on each other—manufacturers can implement either one based on their process and requirements.
Visitors to Booth 2543 will be able to speak directly with the Adaptsys team about how these systems fit into existing operations, as well as specific application needs.
