Green Circuits, an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider serving OEMs across aerospace and defense, medical, industrial, semiconductor and AI hardware markets, has appointed Kirk Knudsen as Vice President of Procurement. With more than 28 years of experience across the electronics and EMS industries, Knudsen will focus on strengthening procurement and supply chain processes, improving efficiency, and supporting Green Circuits’ continued growth.

In his new role, Knudsen will focus on strengthening procurement operations, streamlining processes, and developing strategies that support Green Circuits’ growing production requirements and customer base. Drawing on his experience in program management, logistics, supply chain and executive leadership, Knudsen will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen supply chain performance and better support customer production requirements.

“Procurement plays a critical role in our ability to deliver for customers, and Kirk brings significant experience to an area of the business that directly impacts our operations,” said Adam Szychowski, Chief Revenue Officer of Green Circuits. “His understanding of supply chain, operations and customer requirements will help us strengthen the processes behind how we source, plan and support production. That work ultimately gives our teams greater visibility and flexibility to respond to customer needs.”

Throughout his career, Knudsen has worked with organizations ranging from emerging startups to global enterprises, helping teams scale operations, improve processes and strengthen supply chain performance. His focus on continuous improvement and operational performance aligns closely with Green Circuits’ approach to manufacturing and customer support.

“I’m excited to join Green Circuits at a time when the company is investing in its people, processes and capabilities,” said Knudsen. “My focus will be on building processes that make it easier for our teams to support customers and creating a procurement organization that can scale with the business. When procurement and supply chain are working well, our teams have what they need to execute for customers.”

Knudsen’s appointment reflects Green Circuits’ continued investment in the people and processes that support its growing operations. Strengthening procurement and supply chain operations gives Green Circuits’ teams the support and visibility they need to keep production moving and respond to customer needs.

“Strong manufacturing starts with strong processes and the right resources behind our teams,” added Szychowski. “Kirk’s leadership will help us build a more efficient and scalable operation while keeping our teams focused on what matters most: executing reliably for our customers.”
