The 50th European CMP & WET Users Group Meeting will take place in Halle (Saale) from April 23rd to 24th, 2026. SONOTEC is strengthening its involvement in the event and will act as co-organizer, a role traditionally filled by a local company. The specialist for ultrasonic flow measurement will participate in the conference as an exhibitor and speaker, and will also host the networking dinner on the evening of April 23rd, 2026, at its headquarters in Halle (Saale).
During the conference, SONOTEC will present its SEMIFLOW sensor family, which was developed specifically for the semiconductor industry. Additionally, SONOTEC offers the SONOCHECK ABD06 series for reliable air bubble detection in industrial applications. Both compact and robust sensor categories can be deployed in various process steps of wafer manufacturing and processing.

SONOTEC has developed the SEMIFLOW series, which are compact and robust flow sensors that efficiently measure and monitor the transfer of chemicals and other liquids within a fab and within individual process steps. The clamp-on technology enables non-contact measurement of flow rate and volume from outside industry-standard rigid plastic pipes and lines. This completely eliminates the risk of contamination or leaks.
The robust sensor material ensures a long service life for the products. In addition, SEMIFLOW sensors feature a compact housing with integrated electronics. The sensors require only little space in the system and can be easily integrated into existing process chains and architectures. SONOTEC offers the SEMIFLOW series in various sizes, covering a wide range of diameters for PFA, PTFE, and other rigid plastic tubes.
SONOTEC offers the SEMIFLOW CO.66 PI Ex1 sensor series for flow measurement in potentially explosive environments. The intrinsically safe ultrasonic flow meters are designed for safe operation in Zone 1 production areas in accordance with ATEX/IECEx. The sensors are protected against explosion hazards from gases and vapors in accordance with the standards of gas group IIB; the equipment protection level (EPL) is “Gb”.
