kolb Cleaning Technology GmbH, based in Willich Germany, announces the successful delivery of the first PSE MV3 ONE XXL cleaning system to a renowned customer in the US space industry.
The PSE MV3 ONE XXL was specially developed to clean large- format stencils with dimensions of up to 1,500 x 1,560 mm (59“ x 61”).
This exceptional capacity makes it the ideal solution for the high precision manufacturing of electronic components required in the aerospace industry.

The fully automatic PSE MV3 One XXL thoroughly removes contaminants such as SMD paste and SMD adhesives With its ClosedLoop water treatment and a two-tank configuration with two separate circuits, it ensures short cycle times with the highest cleaning quality.
