From March 10-12, 2026, the embedded world Exhibition & Conference, the annual industry gathering for the embedded community, will take place in Nuremberg. As one of the world’s leading measurement technology providers, GÖPEL electronic will be showcasing its hardware and software systems for electrical testing and industrial applications in Hall 4, Booth 320.

With Video Dragon, GÖPEL electronic is introducing a powerful test solution for embedded vision. The rapidly increasing integration of image processing and camera technology in almost all areas of life requires fast test solutions for these camera, display, and video applications. Video Dragon allows such high-resolution industrial cameras, display systems, and imaging units to be comprehensively and quickly validated for all common image data and transmission standards. In addition to the automotive sector, the solution is also used in medical technology and safety-related industries—anywhere where the highest demands are placed on image quality, reliability, and reproducibility.

Video Dragon combines a frame grabber and frame generator in one system, enabling the acquisition, analysis, and output of video data in a continuous workflow—from development and validation to production. The test device features a modular hardware design, flexible sideband communication, and intuitive application software. The use of project-specific contact units, such as needle adapters, allows for flexible implementation and a perfect fit for the respective applications. Developers, test engineers, and production managers thus receive a powerful solution for reliably testing stability in continuous operation, pixel quality, interface compatibility, and timing.

Also on display is the FlashFOX in-system programmer, which is now available as a dual-channel version. The universal programmer has two asynchronous parallel channels and four independently integrated power supplies for the targets to be programmed. It thus complements the existing 4- and 8-channel versions for small series, manual production stations, or development applications. To demonstrate the versatile applications of boundary scan and the proven SYSTEM CASCON software, GÖPEL electronic is presenting the EJS-Coach, a multifunctional demo board. In combination with the flexible BoardGrabber board holder, a wide range of embedded JTAG scenarios can be simulated realistically. GÖPEL electronic is also presenting the JULIET Series 3, a professional JTAG/boundary scan tester suitable for production, which combines system electronics and DUT adaptation via interchangeable cartridges in a single complete device.
