Kurtz Ersa Inc., a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, will host VERSAFLOW 4 Level II Training Courses from February 16-20, 2026, at its U.S. headquarters located at 1779 Pilgrim Road, Plymouth, Wisconsin.
Designed for operators, technicians, and engineers, the hands-on training program provides in-depth instruction on maintenance, process applications, and programming for the VERSAFLOW 4 selective soldering system. Participants will work directly with the equipment, gaining practical experience and learning techniques to improve soldering quality, reliability, and overall system performance.
The VERSAFLOW 4 – Level II Maintenance Training will take place February 16–18. This course covers machine calibration, troubleshooting, system layout, electrical schematics, and preventative maintenance practices aimed at minimizing downtime and maintaining consistent operation.
Immediately following, the VERSAFLOW 4 – Level II Application Training will be held February 18–20. This session focuses on process optimization, defect reduction, and programming best practices. Topics include flux selection, preheating strategies, and cycle time optimization. Attendees will also be introduced to ERSAcad 4 Offline Programming, allowing them to create and refine programs without interrupting production.
Class sizes are intentionally limited to encourage interaction and provide a focused, hands-on learning environment.
