Advanced Rework Technology Ltd. (A.R.T.) will exhibit at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2026, where the company will focus on supporting electronics manufacturers with both the application of recently released IPC standard revisions, as well as independent technical consultancy.

From Stand C22, the A.R.T. team will be available to discuss the implications of recent key updates including IPC-A-600M for printed board acceptability and IPC/WHMA-A-620F for cable and wire harness assemblies. Both standards feature revised acceptability criteria and inspection guidance that A.R.T. helps manufacturers implement through IPC-certified training and practical technical support.

Alongside its exhibition presence, A.R.T. will again support the Global Electronics Association IPC Hand Soldering Competition, continuing a long-standing involvement in skills development and standards-based assessment. Ben James, Master IPC Trainer, and Mark Harvey, IPC Master and Certified Trainer will represent the company on the judging panel, with Ben also supporting and judging the new IPC Cable and Wire Harness competition, which will be hosted at the event for the first time.

A.R.T. will also present its consultancy and solutions portfolio at the event, including tailored support in soldering, rework, inspection planning, materials evaluation, and process optimisation.

Debbie McDade, Managing Director of Advanced Rework Technology, said: “Southern Manufacturing is an important opportunity to talk to manufacturers about why our Award-Winning Formula was developed. Too often, training and consultancy are treated as separate activities, which can limit their impact. By bringing expert training, independent consultancy and practical implementation together within a single, structured approach, we help manufacturers turn requirements into consistent, measurable outcomes on the production floor.”

Visitors to Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2026 can meet the Advanced Rework Technology team on Stand C22 from 3–5 February at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre to discuss the latest IPC standard revisions, associated training programmes, and the company’s consultancy and end-to-end solutions for electronics manufacturing.
