KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally responsible cleaning chemistries, is excited to announce that Beth Bivins, who serves as Global Product Manager – Solvents, has been recognized as one of MetalForming Magazine’s 2025 Women of Excellence in Metal Forming and Fabrication.
Bivins was presented a plaque in honor of her recognition by MetalForming Magazine Senior Editor Lou Kren during a meeting of the Tennessee chapter of the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA). Bivins was selected by the voting panel as one of 53 total honorees serving to inspire the next generation of women in the manufacturing workforce from hundreds of submissions from the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Bivins joined KYZEN in July 2023 as Global Key Account Manager – Solvents, bringing with her more than 35 years of experience across roles in aerospace, medical device, and electronics manufacturing industries and took on her current role in April 2025.
PMA began honoring women in manufacturing through its Women of Excellence (WoE) recognition program in 2016 to recognize the important presence of women in the manufacturing workplace and their contribution.
