TAGARNO, a renowned Danish manufacturer of high-quality digital microscopes, will be exhibiting at productronica 2025, November 18–21 in Munich, Germany. The company will be in Hall A1, Booth 144, where visitors can explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the role of digital microscopes in electronics manufacturing.

The prototype of the T50 4K microscope was first shown at productronica 2023. Today, the microscope is commercially available and gaining traction among manufacturers. This year, TAGARNO is taking its technology further by demonstrating how AI on TAGARNO microscopes can improve efficiency and even act as a practical alternative to traditional Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.

A trained AI model will run on the microscope platform at the booth, showing how visual inspections can be automated with greater consistency, speed, and accuracy. By combining 4K imaging with AI analysis, TAGARNO offers electronics manufacturers a smarter way to identify defects, reduce manual workloads, and optimize production quality.

“Productronica is the perfect place to demonstrate how AI elevates digital microscopy beyond conventional inspection,” said Soeren Schultz, CEO of TAGARNO. “We look forward to showing how manufacturers can integrate this technology into their workflows to gain real efficiency and quality improvements.”
