IPTE, a global leader of automated production equipment for the electronics industry, has introduced the MidRangeRouter, a new inline depaneling system that combines high throughput with low board stress and ±0,05 mm accuracy.

Designed around a turntable concept, the MidRangeRouter allows parallel (un)loading and depaneling. While one PCB is milled from the top-side, the next one is already being positioned by a vacuum gripper, reducing cycle time and increasing overall productivity.

Manufacturers can tailor the downstream process with a choice of flatbelt, conveyor, tray feeder or IPTE’s FlexTray outfeed configurations to match different production environments.

An intuitive graphical interface simplifies teaching and day-to-day operation, enabling fast job changeovers and reduced training requirements.

“The MidRangeRouter continues IPTE’s modular philosophy,” said Tom Geurts, Chief System Architect. “As a result, existing manual operated EasyRouter and SlimRouter installations can be converted allowing our customers to protect previous investments and reuse tooling while automating their production and expanding their capacity.”

The MidRangeRouter is available immediately. For detailed specifications or to arrange a demonstration, contact info@ipte.com or visit www.ipte.com.
