Kurtz Ersa Inc., a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, is pleased to announce its participation at SMTA International 2025, taking place October 21–23 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. Visitors to Booth 2941 can explore solutions for selective soldering, rework, and manual soldering, along with soldering materials from Interflux.

On display will be the VERSAFLOW 4/55, Ersa’s modular inline selective soldering system designed for high board complexity and varied batch sizes. With options for multiple solder pots soldering different locations at the same time, multiple solder modules, process monitoring, the system is built for efficiency and repeatability on the shop floor.

Also featured is the award winning HR 600P, a fully automated rework system for BGA, QFN, and other fine-pitch components. The platform combines motorized X/Y/Z handling with top and bottom heating for accurate removal and placement. It offers full traceability throughout the process and features an optional AUTO SCAVENGER for solder removal.

Ersa will also demonstrate its hand soldering tools, including models from the i-CON series, which offer fast thermal recovery, consistent temperature control and process traceability. The tools are well suited for operators working in high-reliability environments.

In addition, Kurtz Ersa will present Interflux’s ICSF Select6, a no-clean selective soldering flux known for its strong wetting properties and minimal residue. Designed specifically for selective and wave soldering applications, Select6 supports high-quality solder joints across a wide range of finishes.

“SMTAI is a great opportunity to have real conversations about process challenges,” said Ernie Grice, Vice President of Sales at Kurtz Ersa Inc. “Whether it’s increasing throughput or improving repeatability, we’ll be ready to show how these systems and materials can support practical production goals.”

Attendees can stop by Booth 2941 for live demos and to speak directly with Ersa’s technical team about their equipment, process needs, and support services.
