The award was presented during a ceremony held at SMTA Guadalajara 2025, celebrating excellence and innovation in electronics manufacturing across Mexico and Latin America.
ANG 270 is a gel-state, silicone-free conformal coating designed for general-purpose environmental protection in electronics. It provides both hydrophobicity and electrical insulation across a wide range of surfaces and applications, while offering stability over extreme temperature cycles. Notably, ANG 270 allows for electrical conductivity at contact points after application, eliminating the need for masking during processing and enabling a true plug-and-play coating solution.
Unlike traditional conformal coatings, ANG 270 is applied in a single step and cures quickly at room temperature without requiring ovens or complex handling. Its non-halogenated formulation, low transfer characteristics, and resistance to thermal shock make it suitable for high-reliability electronics in consumer, automotive, industrial, and aerospace sectors.
