PVA (PVA.net) plans live demonstrations of Servo Rod Pump, the latest pump option for the Endurance Dispensing Metering Module. The live, walk-up demonstrations take place during the Battery Show North America, October 6 – 9, 2025, Huntington Place, Detroit, Mich., in booth #6724.
In addition to the Endurance module with new Servo Rod Pump (SRP), PVA will showcase the Delta 8, its global leader and bestselling precision coating and dispensing system. The 3-axis Delta 8 will be equipped with TIM Dispense + Pick and Place machine with fiducial camera as well as the PC200 and pneumatic grip tool, along with its next-generation programming software, PathMaster X.
“Battery manufacture is streamlined and more efficient with PVA’s dispensing technology, including the new Servo Rod Pump on display,” says Rod Kasperson, vice-president of global sales for PVA, noting that the SRP is an ideal solution for medium- to low-viscosity materials with shot volumes of 100CC or less per component. “It bridges a gap for customers who are interested in our servo metering rod technology but do not require a high-pressure metering system such as the SMR.”
