Heraeus Electronics today announced its upcoming Interactive Cermet Thick Film Workshop, taking place from September 17–18, 2025 at the Heraeus Electronics Application Center in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
For more than eight decades, Cermet Thick Film technology has shaped the electronics industry by combining ceramic and metal materials in innovative designs, sparking a manufacturing revolution. While simple in concept, mastering thick film technology is a science—and as the field continues to evolve, staying current is essential for success.
Heraeus Electronics is a leader in Thick Film materials for circuitry and components. From its foundation in hybrid circuits to its expanded applications in passive components, low-temperature printed electronics, and other specialty fields, thick film technology remains central to advancing modern electronics.
The two-day workshop combines classroom instruction with interactive, in-lab activities and demonstrations, giving participants direct experience with Heraeus Electronics’ latest materials and technologies. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to apply in their own manufacturing environments.
Highlights include:
- Expert-led sessions on the science and applications of cermet thick film technology.
- Hands-on demonstrations with state-of-the-art equipment in Heraeus Electronics’ Application Center.
- A guided factory tour to see thick film manufacturing in action.
- Networking opportunities, including a group outing on the evening of September 17.
Space is limited to maintain an interactive format. Registration includes two nights of lodging, lunches, dinner on the first evening, and a comprehensive course workbook.
