SHENMAO TECHNOLOGY and Profound Material Technology (PMTC) will jointly exhibit at SEMICON Taiwan 2025, taking place September 10–12 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. At Booth L0400, the two companies will showcase high-performance solder materials alongside sustainable manufacturing solutions aimed at addressing current challenges in the semiconductor and electronics industries.

SHENMAO TECHNOLOGY will feature:

  • PF925-P250A High-Reliability Solder Paste – Developed with the PF925 alloy (Sn-Ag-Cu-In-Bi) and a narrow 2 °C pasty range, this formulation helps prevent thermal tear defects and enhances thermal fatigue resistance for improved PCBA reliability.
  • PF606 Ultra-Low Voiding Water-Washable Fine Powder Solder Paste – Featuring a new flux formulation to reduce gas generation during reflow, significantly lowering void rates for BGA and CSP components. Available in powder types from Type 4 to Type 8.
  • Recycled and Regenerated Solder Products – Produced at SHENMAO’s Taiwan recycling center, enabling 100% recovery and regeneration of solder materials, reducing carbon emissions while supporting circular manufacturing.

Profound Material Technology (PMTC) will present:

  • Automotive-Grade High-Reliability Solder Balls – New Sn-5Ag-X alloy delivers high ductility and superior thermal fatigue resistance, exceeding demanding automotive thermal cycling and drop test standards.
  • High-Reliability Low-Temperature Solder Balls – The E4 low-temperature alloy, with a melting point of 135 °C, enables reflow below 200 °C while maintaining reliability, supporting energy-efficient, low-carbon advanced packaging processes.
