PathMaster X and Delta 8 Conformal Coating Robot
At the event, PVA will showcase the PathMaster X, designed for advanced dispensing and coating applications, alongside the Delta 8 Conformal Coating Robot with a Fiducial Camera, enabling precise alignment and enhanced dispensing accuracy. The Delta 8, with its patented servo-controlled optional four-axis motion featuring valve tilt and rotate, will be equipped with the following valves:
Also on display will be another Delta 8 Dispensing Robot integrated with the PVA Endurance dispensing module, a high-performance metering solution designed for precision and reliability in demanding dispensing applications. The system will be equipped with two SCTP Servo Cartridge Pumps and the PC200 plural component valve, offering exceptional control and consistency for a wide range of materials.
PVA continues to strengthen its support infrastructure in Mexico, anchored by a state-of-the-art Applications Lab in Guadalajara. This facility provides customers with convenient access to process development, hands-on training, and live demonstrations. With additional support in Monterrey, Chihuahua, and Queretaro, and three dedicated field service engineers based in Guadalajara, PVA ensures responsive and localized service for its growing customer base.
