Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, is pleased to announce its participation in the upcoming SMTA Querétaro Expo, taking place on July 24, 2025, at the Centro de Congresos y Teatro Metropolitano in Querétaro, Mexico.
At the event, Seika will highlight the Sayaka SAM-CT23S, a compact tabletop PCB router designed for high-precision depanelization in limited production spaces. Engineered with a color CCD camera and advanced image processing software, the CT23S delivers fast, accurate cutting while supporting offline CAD-based programming and automated program changes via QR code scanning.
Ideal for manufacturers seeking to improve quality and efficiency in their routing processes, the CT23S offers key features including:
- Automatic alignment correction using fiducial marks
- Five-stage bit position control for extended tool life
- No compressed air required, operating at just 115V AC
- Repeatability of ±0.02 mm and a compact footprint of 800 x 700 mm
- Cutting speeds up to 50 mm/sec and spindle speeds up to 50,000 rpm
The system is compatible with materials such as FR4, CEM1, and CEM3 and accommodates PCB thicknesses up to 6 mm. Its user-friendly Windows GUI software and MES connectivity capabilities make it an ideal solution for modern, space-conscious production environments.
“We’re excited to bring the Sayaka CT23S to SMTA Querétaro, where manufacturers can see firsthand how this compact router offers high-end precision and flexibility without requiring complex infrastructure,” said Michelle Ogihara, Executive VP at Seika Machinery.
Attendees are invited to stop by Seika’s booth to learn more about its routing and depanelization solutions, as well as the company’s local support services throughout Mexico and North America.
