For the first time at the IPC APEX EXPO, the company will demonstrate the new SRIB Smart Cart: A high-density storage cart that utilizes InoBar technology to store and quickly locate any material package including reels, trays, bagged parts, PCBs, feeders, boxes and more. InoBar Pods can be adjusted in 2.5” increments allowing you to configure each shelf to hold one or more part numbers based on your capacity needs. SRIB is fully compatible with Inovaxe’s InoAuto Material Management Software.
The Inovaxe team will also showcase the InoBright Module: a wireless module that will make your OEM Non-intelligent Feeder Carts smarter even when not connected to power. Use it to locate Feeder Carts, specific Product Set-ups and even specific parts mounted on them anywhere in the factory even when not connected to power.
It features:
- A 3.5” built-in display that shows relative information related to the Line, Machine, Table, Product Set-up and part numbers that would be mounted.
- Dual Lighted Beacon to provide visibility from a distance.
- Built-in scanner that allows for hands free operation when scanning a 1D or 2D Barcode on your SMT Reel.
- A built in re-chargeable battery that will allow the module to have power for up to two weeks even when not connected to an external power or communication box.
Also expect to see the Inovaxe IA, SR, SREX and LS product lines with adjustable reel width location trays, along with the MODI Incoming Goods Scanner, VisiConsult X-ray Counter and MP Elekronik Dry Box Cabinet.
