Currently supporting Fuji and Yamaha feeders, this innovative solution uses the native Feeder ID from Fuji and Yamaha and integrates with their databases to identify the current part number on each feeder.
Operators can quickly locate specific parts by entering a part number, which activates the system’s “Pick-to-Light” feature to illuminate the corresponding feeder on the rack. This streamlines part retrieval, improves inventory accuracy, and enhances overall operational efficiency. While the rack itself is imported from Taiwan, Accu-Assembly develops the proprietary software that powers this cutting-edge solution, making it a seamless addition to its robust portfolio of SMT storage systems.
