The new 3Di-LS3 has its US debut at the expo, showcasing the new dome light feature. New 3D AOI
3Di-LS3 – with an incredible dome lighting option that greatly enhances the color profile of non-flat areas, 3D automated optical inspection is performed faster and with greater accuracy with the 3Di-LS3. The upgraded high-resolution camera and increased height-measurement capability provides the very finest inspection results at the industry’s fastest cycle times. Thanks to Saki’s single platform concept, existing 3Di AOI users can easily select between the standard well-balanced ring lighting for general inspection and the new high-quality dome lighting. These flexible capabilities deliver superior added value for customers, allowing upgrades of equipment on-site for increased uptime, greater efficiency, and improved operator satisfaction.
3D SPI / 3D AOI
3Di-ZS2 – featuring Saki’s rigid gantry and innovative Z-axis optical head control for improved accuracy, the 3Di-ZS2 is perfect for AOI inspection of extra-large PCBs up to 686 x 870 mm. With one common software and hardware platform, Saki’s 3D SPI and AOI systems are fully compatible. Show visitors will be offered hands-on 3Di-ZS2 presentations for a demonstration of this streamlined operation.
3D AXI
3Xi-M110 – with Saki’s optimized Planar CT software, developed in-house for incredible cycle time improvements, this compact and lightweight 3D AXI system provides
impressive quality assurance with highly accurate void measurement and detection for both PCBs and components. Visitors to the Saki booth will personally witness the significant inspection speed enhancements the 3Xi-M110 provides, as well as being among the first to glimpse the exciting improvements of the upcoming new M110 model as part of the presentation.
