Insituware LLC, the developer of the first smart measurement solution for quality control of materials, is pleased to announce Charlie Kempner as its new North American Sales Manager.
“With Charlie’s 18+ year history of supporting OEMs and EMS companies across a variety of industries, we are confident that he will put customer needs first and help expose the industry to the latest in materials quality control,” says Christopher Frederickson, CTO of Insituware.
Kempner will support Insituware’s North American sales force and manufacturer representatives. With more than 18 years of experience as a manufacturers’ representative in electronics and end-to-end EMS sales, he recognizes the challenges of rep owners and how important it is for their principals to back them with great products and execution.
“Insituware and I have met with great timing to bring their new Vision MARK-1 product deeper into the market,” stated Kempner. “The Vision MARK-1 has a unique, exciting new technology for controlling materials before the manufacturing process, such as solder paste and conformal coatings prior to SMT. It is the first product to bring lab level testing to the manufacturing floor in an easy-to-use handheld unit with wireless data reporting to the cloud. The data equips contract manufacturers with significant records for proof of a material’s specific condition before use.”
Kempner will lead the sales efforts for Insituware’s revolutionary device developed for volume manufacturing. The Vision MARK-1 is key to ensuring materials consistency prior to their application on the production floor. This is critical to safeguarding the process yield and reliability of conformal coatings, and extending solder paste stencil life. The Vision MARK-1 also offers high accuracy and repeatability to help electronics manufacturers meet the requirements of various quality standards.
Kempner adds: “We have the best Reps in every territory, and I look forward to supporting them through the next phase of our growth plans.”
