At EFX 2026 in Stuttgart, Essemtec is joining forces with Inventec Performance Chemicals, Kübler-HT and Paggen to create a unique, immersive experience that goes beyond the traditional trade show format.
Under the theme “4 European Solution Providers. 1 Connected Experience.”, the four partners will bring together complementary solutions, technologies and expertise to demonstrate an end-to-end electronics manufacturing experience – from incoming materials and production preparation to assembly, inspection, reflow and a finished product.
Experience the complete production journey
Visitors will be able to step into a live production environment and experience each stage of the manufacturing process.
The journey begins with Essemtec’s Off-line Station, where manufacturers can prepare production schedules, manage materials, prepare jobs with LED-guided picking and monitor key production indicators through integrated KPI monitoring.
From there, materials move through the production workflow with:
- Arcadia’s Galileo Incoming Station for efficient incoming material handling
- Arcadia’s Archimede Gen2 Storage Rack for smart and organized material storage
- Essemtec’s SPIDER, demonstrating high-speed solder paste jetting combined with integrated 2D SPI
- Essemtec’s FOX Ultra All-in-One, combining glue jetting, component mounting and 2D AOI
- Horus 3D AOI powered by AI from DelviTech for detailed inspection
- Paggen’s HR30 tabletop reflow oven to complete the assembly process
Rather than demonstrating individual machines in isolation, the partners will show how the different technologies can work together as one connected production flow.
Visitors will be able to experience every step of the process and see the benefits of collaboration – from production preparation and material management through to a finished product. And because this is a real production process, visitors will not only see the result – they will receive a product manufactured directly on the line as a special souvenir.
Bringing materials and process technology together
The production line will be supported by Inventec Performance Chemicals’ ECOREL series solder pastes, demonstrating the importance of combining material expertise with advanced equipment and process technology.
The cooperation between Essemtec and Inventec Performance Chemicals in solder paste jetting development will also be showcased live, illustrating how equipment and material development can work together to optimize the manufacturing process.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore Essemtec’s Tarantula Dual Lane, equipped with the new 2K precision dispensing valves for bi-component fluid applications, as well as high-speed solder paste jetting and glue dispensing capabilities.
Alongside the production line, visitors can discover further solutions from Inventec Performance Chemicals and Paggen’s tabletop equipment, extending the range of technologies available for different manufacturing requirements.
